In February of 2024, Salaam Food Pantry received a donation of 42 used Dell Intel i7 laptops from Seagate for economically disadvantaged families, students pursuing online education, and individuals seeking employment. Ahmed Samiuddin, the IT Director at Seagate Technology spearheaded this initiative and shares his story.

Salaam Food Pantry, established in 2016 is a community based food pantry that is held every 4th Saturday of each month in Irvington district of Fremont. In April, the pantry distributed 300 grocery bags that consisted of non-perishable food items along with fresh produce and bread.
